Click Preferences from the Read or Workspace or Projects menu to open the Preferences dialogue box.
In the Printing section, select your print settings:
Select 'On' for Format for black and white printer if you are printing to a black and white printer. (If you are printing to a color printer, select 'Off'.)
Select 'On' for Print highlights if you want to include highlights you have made when printing a page from Read. (This is the default.)
Select 'On' for Print notes if you want to include notes on the printed page. (The default setting is to print notes at the bottom of the page.)
Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the new setting and close the Preferences dialogue box.
Note
All changes made in Preferences become the new default settings.
