You can type additional search words on the Search Results page and narrow your search results without returning to the New Search page. If you use the Search Within Results option for the search box, the additional search words will produce a subset of your original search results by looking for the new search words within your current search results.
To narrow your search
In the search text box on the Search Results page, type a word, words, or phrase.
Click the Search Within Results button next to the text box.
Click the Search button or press Enter. The system runs a new search, and then a new Search Results page displays a subset of the original results.
Example
Let us assume that you used Asia as the search word in your initial search on the New Search page. To narrow the search to books about wars in Asia, type war in the search text box on the Search Results page. Click the Search Within Results button next to the text box. Click the Search button.
