Displaying and Printing Markup Contents

You can display and print the contents of markups (bookmarks, highlights, and notes) that are saved in any given project. This allows you to create a consolidated listing of the most pertinent information in the books and journals you have viewed.

To display and print the contents of markups

1. Click the Workspace or Projects tab. The Workspace or Projects page appears.

2. Click Print. The currently displayed page prints.

 Notes

• Remember that you can only view one project at a time, so markups made while another project was set as the current project will not be viewable. If you do not see your markups in Workspace or Projects, try looking in your other projects for the files.  See Setting the Current Project for more information.

• If you print a page from Microsoft Internet Explorer and the highlights are not visible on the printed page, ensure that the print setting on the Advanced Internet Options menu is set to print background colors and images. (This setting is accessible from the Tools menu of the Internet Explorer toolbar.)
• If your highlights are not visible when printing from Netscape Navigator, ensure that the Print Backgrounds setting is selected in the Page Setup options. (This setting is accessible from the File menu of the Netscape Navigator toolbar.)
