Accessing Pages From a Linked Entry

Through linked entries on the Workspace or Projects page, you can access markups and link to Bookshelf items.

 Note

Remember that you can only view one project at a time, so markups made while another project was set as the current project will not be viewable. If you do not see your markups in Workspace or Projects, try looking in your other projects for the files. See Setting the Current Project for more information.

To access a page from a linked entry, click the desired entry in the markups view in Workspace. The system displays the following depending on the type of linked entry selected:

• Link to a note – displays the page containing the note, and opens the Note Viewer window

• Link to a bookmark – goes to the top of the specified page, and displays that page of the publication on your screen

• Link to a highlight – displays the page of the publication containing the highlight, and scrolls to the highlighted area on your screen

• Link to a cited page – goes to the specified page, and displays that page of the publication on your screen

• Link to a cited publication – goes to the specified page, and displays that page of the publication on your screen

• Link to Bookshelf item – opens the book or article in the Read view

To return to Workspace or Projects, click Workspace or Projects on the top navigation bar.
