The highlighter tool allows you to highlight text in a book or journal and to print the pages with the highlights marked. There are six highlight colors to choose from, and you can use any combination of those colors in a document. Every time a highlight is made, a linked entry is saved in the current Workspace project.

Linking to Highlighted Text in a Document
If you print a page from Microsoft Internet Explorer and the highlights are not visible on the printed page, ensure that the print setting on the Advanced Internet Options menu is set to print background colors and images. (This setting is accessible from the Tools menu of the Internet Explorer toolbar.)
If your highlights are not visible when printing from Netscape Navigator, ensure that the Print Backgrounds setting is selected in the Page Setup options. (This setting is accessible from the File menu of the Netscape Navigator toolbar.)
