Questia Volume Subscription Program
Service Overview of Questia Volume Subscription Program

Questia is an online library designed to help undergraduate students studying the humanities and social sciences conduct research and write papers. Questia includes an extensive, full-text collection of scholarly books and journal articles, plus magazine and newspaper articles. The collection is combined with tools that allow users to highlight passages and create notes online. In addition, the service can automatically format footnotes and bibliography entries - more tools to help students write better papers.

Description of Questia College Program
The Volume Subscription Program was created at the request of many schools in order to provide colleges with library-quality, Internet-based resources for their students on a large scale, through the institution. This program allows you to provide leading edge technology to your students while ensuring equal access to scholarly information and complementing your existing library resources.

Logistics of Questia Volume Subscription Program
Once a school and Questia have agreed to partner, the school will be given a customized URL for the students to access the service. The welcome page that students first see can be customized by Questia with input from the school. Beyond the welcome page, students have full access to the Questia service. It is important to note that students must have access to the Internet and a computer meeting minimum system requirements to use the service. System requirements can be found by visiting System Requirements.
