IT started as a childish prank when little Annis Taylor and a school friend decided to play at hairdressing and cut each other's hair.

But her friend's mother Linda Parker was furious by the results of the children's Saturday game at Annis's home.

And when the girls returned to school two days later, she took revenge for the few inches trimmed from her daughter's hair.
