The Jacksonville branch of the NAACP wants to know how many minorities hold policy-making jobs in the area hospitality industry and how often those companies do business with black and other minority vendors.
To figure that out, the branch mailed 58 surveys in early June to various hotel and convention facilities, including city-owned properties like Alltel Stadium and the Prime Osborn Convention Center.
