Gold Standard Multimedia Inc. will release the much anticipated Human Anatomy CD-ROM for both Macintosh and Windows in early 1995. Students wishing to study gross anatomy outside of the laboratory and at their own pace will finally have the opportunity to do so.

Human Anatomy simulates traditional human dissection using over 9000 photographic images of actual cadavers in various stages of dissection. The images simulate the perspectives seen when performing dissections in the lab, and textual descriptions of the procedures lead the user step-by-step through the dissection process.
