THIS is it! As I write, the Christmas office parties, reunions and homecomings have started. It's a long four to five weeks of eating (usually too much eating) and drinking. Quite oddly, Christmas done wrong has a Buddhist explanation. Take holiday gluttony. The attachment to food (desire) leads to excessive eating (fulfillment) followed by dyspepsia, sleepiness, laziness, and weight gain (regret).
