To enhance understanding of recent trends and debates on global and regional resources and environmental problems, the Southeast Asian Forum on Environmental Economics will be held from March 30 to April 3, 2009.To be held at the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna, the forum will have as theme “Evironmental Economics for Decision Making.’’ It is designed for decision makers and middle-level environment and resource managers and executives in Southeast Asian governments and government agencies, and international organizations.Economics may be defined as the …
