Torchwood Fans Flock to Welcome Heroes

IT WASN'T quite a spaceship, but the Torchwood team made a stylish entrance as they touched down in Cardiff to launch their new Children Of The Earth DVD.

Captain Jack, played by the charismatic John Barrowman, and his team arrived by helicopter in Cardiff Bay - home of the Torchwood Hub - yesterday afternoon.

The stars were in the Welsh capital to promote the release of the new Torchwood DVD at the city's HMV store.

Despite efforts to keep the landing a secret, hundreds of Torchwood fans had gathered at Cardiff Bay's Oval Basin, where the cast stopped briefly to have their pictures taken before they were whisked-off to the …
