WITH an obvious passion for dancing, director and principal choreographer of Natalie Latimer's Dance Euphoria, Miss Natalie, has been sharing her extensive knowledge with students for many years.

Natalie prides herself on many years of experience, having started dancing at the age of four with the Jan Moore Academy of Dance.

Natalie said Miss Moore taught her a great deal.

"At 15 I completed my studies with the Federal Association Of Teachers Of Dancing and was working as a fully qualified dance teacher and Choreographer at the Rockhampton Academy Of Dance," she said. Choreography is a huge part of Natalie's passion for dance and she gets a lot of satisfaction knowing students are enjoying and receiving excellent results with the work she has given them.

"I want students to learn the discipline of dance but also to have a good time and for that to reflect in their dancing."

Natalie has also choreographed many local events including productions for Rockhampton Musical Union and Rockpac Events.

This year the studio is celebrating its 11th year since opening in 2000 with many events planned for the year ahead including a performance at the Pilbeam Theatre which will showcase the students and many exciting items, one of which will be a tribute to "Shrek" for the tiny tot and junior students and also a huge variety of items including Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Classical and Cabaret. …
