Where do you stay in London?

The May Fair hotel. It has a nice, friendly vibe and the rooms are top class.

What was the last play you saw in London?

Dirty Dancing at the Aldwych Theatre. Most people have the DVD of the film tucked away somewhere at home, but seeing it on stage really brought it to life.

What advice would you give a tourist?

The traffic is a nightmare, so make sure you use public transport. It is for sure the best way to get from A to B. Also check out the London Eye, the view is unreal.

Which London shops do you rely on?

When I come down to London by train, I always stop in at the Nando's in Euston for a bite. You can't beat a good old Nando's. For my suits I go to Ozwald Boateng - they're quality material and a great fit. I do like a smart suit.

What's the best meal you've ever had in London?

Scalini on Walton Street does great Italian food. It's family-run so there's a good atmosphere.

What's your earliest London memory?

Going with my dad to see the Christmas lights being switched on in Regent Street. I couldn't believe how many people turned up. I remember the crowd cheering and then everyone heading offin different directions.

What is your guilty pleasure?

A chocolate biscuit to dip in my cuppa.

What are you most afraid of?

Not winning. I'm a very competitive person and winning trophies brings me great pleasure.

What would you do if you were Mayor of London for the day?

Stop the congestion charge.
