Is it just me or does everyone think sexuality is a privilege not a right?

In parliament this week, the Member for Nicklin Peter Wellington called for convicted serious sex offenders to be micro-chipped and castrated.

It's not a new idea; the Chinese have been castrating sex offenders since 600 AD, not always in the most humane circumstances.

There's a growing movement in the western world towards castration, both chemical and physical. Most European countries offer voluntary chemical castration to convicted offenders, male and female.
