ABA Annual Convention Promises a Big Time in Texas

They do things big in Texas, and so will ABA when its Annual Convention begins in San Antonio on Oct. 23. This year's event emphasizes three things: big issues; big ideas; and big impact.

The big issues and ideas will be propelled by the convention's three featured speakers: Tom Brokaw, author and former anchor and managing editor of the NBC Nightly News; Frank Keating, ABA president and CEO; and Mark Zandi, chief economist of Moody's Analytics.

In addition, Mark Olson, co-chairman of Treliant Risk Advisors and a former member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and a past ABA chairman, will moderate a panel discussion among leading bankers on "Decoding the Bank of the Future."
