* Robert Friedberg, 49, of Glen Ellyn, has been appointed chief operating officer of Delnor Hospital in Geneva. He holds the additional role of executive vice president of system operations and integrated services for the CDH-Delnor Health System. Friedberg previously held the title of vice president of operations for Central DuPage Hospital since May 2004. Friedberg has been a key member of the CDH executive team since 2004 and has been instrumental in the year-over-year strategic and operational results of the hospital. Since the merger with Delnor Hospital, Friedberg has led the integration of operations between the two facilities.
