HOW HEALTHY ARE YOU? Until recently, I was a part-time fireman in Cowbridge so had to maintain my fitness levels and even though I'm not doing it at the moment, the fitness routines I picked up and generally healthy eating and living habits have stayed with me.
WHAT IS IN YOUR FRIDGE? As I cook all day, I love nothing more than an easy supper when I get home. My fridge is always stocked with home cured meats, my home-made relishes and chutneys and my favourite coleslaw with apples and a hint of horseradish. I'm a keen fisherman, so you will often find some fresh fish after a successful day - or indeed some bait!
WHAT IS YOUR HEALTH WEAKNESS? My home-made root vegetable crisps and the odd pint of cider.
