SIR ALEX FERGUSON is facing an FA charge for blasting a linesman.
Clint Dempsey struck in the second minute of injury time to cancel out Robin van Persie's 25th-minute opener and earn Spurs a point yesterday.
But Ferguson was fuming that official Simon Beck did not flag for a second-half penalty when Wayne Rooney was fouled by Steven Caulker.
The Manchester United boss claimed: "The stand-side linesman didn't give us a thing TURN TO PAGE 55
FROM BACK PAGE all day. For me it was a poor performance by him.
"Why he never saw the penalty with Wayne Rooney, some other decisions . . we remember him well from his time at the Chelsea game when Drogba was three yards offside and he gave onside.
"He had a shocking game. I'm disappointed in his performance."
Ferguson also alleged Beck had previous for ruling against United when it came to borderline decisions.
