Wyatt International has beaten off competition from two other agencies to handle the Europe-wide communications programme for US machine tool manufacturer, Cincinnati Machine.

The six-figure account will include advertising, public relations, literature production, exhibition support and strategic marketing across the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

The European headquarters of Cincinnati Machine is in Birmingham.

The company, a global-leader in the machine tool manufacturing industry, is part of the worldwide UNOVA group.

Cincinnati's European marketing services director Mr David Wiggins said he was confident Wyatt would enable the company to achieve further success across Europe.

He said: "We were particularly impressed by Wyatt's expertise in full service global communications.

The company's creative standards and the strength of its international strategic alliance network were further reasons for our decision."

Wyatt's managing director Mrs Karen-Anne Bernie said: "This account is a major win for us.

"We are now looking forward to working alongside our international network partners in a strategic and creative role in development Cincinnati's brand."

The Warman Group has been appointed to handle media and public relations for Holiday Hypermarkets, the West Midland travel agency chain which is rapidly expanding throughout the UK.

The chain, based in Walsall, is opening 20 new "Hollywood-style" themed superstores in the next 12 months, creating up to 1,200 jobs, with a projected turnover of pounds 500 million.

Warman Group will handle the launch of each individual Holiday Hypermarket, targeting local and regional media, and also the company's affairs nationally, on a corporate and business level. …
