ABERDEEN boss Ebbe Skovdahl is planning to transform his club's fortunes by writing a job description for every position in the team.
The Pittodrie chief successfully introduced the system at Danish cracks Brondby, where the methodical approach helped him win a clutch of championships and cups.
Now he wants every Dons player to understand fully what is expected of him.
He said: "The Brondby players liked it when I did it there so I'm prepared to give it a try at Aberdeen.
"A job description will make it easier for them to have an overall idea of how they should be playing.
"I am in the process of writing job specifications for every position. The descriptions will act as a marker against which a player can be judged and provide us all with a much clearer picture"
Skovdahl also aims to have all his teams, from youth level upwards, playing the same formation so that when players advance the transition is a smooth one.
He added: "The under-18s are now being trained in how the first team plays. …
