Construction will begin this spring on the first of two 105,000-square-foot buildings on a 12-acre industrial campus in Bolingbrook.
The yet-to-be-named campus is at Route 53 and Crossroads Parkway.

DSI Interests LLC is the owner of the industrial campus. Development Solutions Inc. is the design/build contractor for the project. Archideas is the project architect. The mortgage lender is Wispark Corp., the real estate development subsidiary of Wisconsin Energy Corp.
Work on the first building is scheduled to be complete this fall. Construction on the second will follow shortly afterward.

Chuck Barr and Dave Prioletti of CB Commercial Real Estate Group will be exclusive marketing agents for the property. …
