A great location is driving sales of Gleneagle Farm being built by the Kirk Corp. in Carpentersville.
Models of houses opened in November, and 155 houses already have been sold to a varied mix of buyers from Carpentersville, Chicago and suburbs such as Hoffman Estates.
Buyers are attracted by the community's location, says sales manager Ann Triner.

The developer plans to build 322 houses and 287 town houses.
