THE Open College for Distance Learning was set up to bring useful vocational training within the reach of everyone in the UK.

The courses are written on the basis that the student has little or no knowledge of the subject they are studying, but have an interest in the subject, either to further their career, fancy a change in direction or just to learn a bit more about an area that interests them.
