Robert J. Howard joined Koppers Inc. as vice president of human resources. He is responsible for providing human resource leadership within the company. Previously, Howard was vice president of human resources and administration for L.B. Foster Co. Inc.

Centra Bank, Fayette County, named Sally Bryan vice president of private banking, Joseph G. Klocek senior vice president of retail banking, and Michael G. Uhouse senior vice president of commercial banking. Bryan manages the loan and deposit portfolios for high value customers; Klocek manages customer service functions; and Uhouse manages business banking functions.
