FRANCESCA KLUG is an intelligent academic lawyer completely out of touch with the British people and our traditions of government. She is part of a precious Third Way elite, led by London lawyers who have no idea how others think and feel, and no understanding of the history of liberty which is the backbone of our national life and institutions.

Her book seems to think the main argument about the new Human Rights Act, and the European Convention on Human Rights, is whether individual rights have to be linked with duties. Apparently, this is an important argument to her and her cronies.
