Between the mid-1970s and the early 1980s, Bob Marley and the Wailers brought reggae to an international audience. But in Jamaica, the shebeens were alive to the sounds of early dancehall artists such as Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs and Johnny Clarke ( right). Mark Lamarr talks to Clarke about his life and career, and plays seminal tracks such as "Every Knee Will Bow", "Don't Go" and "None Shall Escape the Judgement".
