Is the glass half full, or half empty?
It doesn't take two glances for Dave Fraser to answer that philosophical query. He knows it's half full.
His attitude has not evolved from a thriving business as the economic recession subsides, either. It was what forged his company, Summit Business Systems Inc. in Oklahoma City, ahead through some of Oklahoma's most trying years.
When Fraser moved to Oklahoma City in January 1985, telltale signs of the coming mid-1986 oil and gas crash were already evident. Deep wounds from Penn Square Bank's crash in 1982 were still fresh.
