Seagate Technology has promoted two of its Oklahoma City executives: Don Colton to executive vice president/quality and Don Kelly to senior vice president/worldwide product line management.
Colton's experience includes executive positions in manufacturing, production, materials and business planning. Kelly has held executive positions in manufacturing, materials and business management, including that of vice president of product line management for Seagate's Oklahoma City and Twin Cities operations.
Services Express Personnel Services International has made three staff changes. Kelly L. Danaher has been promoted to professional employer organization (PEO) administrator, responsible for handling unemployment claims for all clients of Express' human resources division. Danaher has been with the staffing firm for over two years and previously served as unemployment coordinator. Julie S. Callahan has been promoted to unemployment coordinator, responsible for coordination of all unemployment appeals and hearings for Express franchises nationwide. Callahan previously served as an administrative assistant. Daniel S. Swanda has been named voice/data communications coordinator, responsible for communications-related maintenance, including modem and telephone installation, diagnosis and repair of telecommunications equipment, maintenance of network and workstation back-ups and troubleshooting of telecommunication challenges. Prior to joining Express, Swanda served as a PC technical support representative for PCA Solutions in Oklahoma City. Offices Harvey G. Gulley has been named chairman of the Oklahoma Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. He is a former vice chairman of the committee and has served as acting chairman since last December. Gulley, an architect and engineer, spent 32 years in the Army Reserve and retired as a brigadier general. Honors Six people have been selected for the Oklahoma Vo-Tech Foundation's Hall of Fame. Two of the honorees are being inducted posthumously: D.C. Jones, former supervisor and professor of agricultural education, and Dr. Willa Combs, professor and chair of the Department of Home Economics and Agricultural Research. Both were professors at Langston University.
