University of California, $335,000over three years, for a community forestry research program; University of Wisconsin, $75,000, for a seminar on land reform policy and implementation for South African government and nongovernmental policy leaders;
University of Tennessee, $150,000one-year supplement, for the university's Community Partnership Center's project to examine federal programs aimed at revitalizing rural communities in the United States.
