Manpower and Reserve Affairs

I have been truly honored to serve our Army's soldiers, civilians and families over the last 18 months as the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA). Year after year and deployment after deployment, a small percentage of our nation's sons and datighters serve in our Army despite the hardships and danger that accompany their profession of arms. America owes these men and women a tremendous debt of gratitude and must never forget the soldiers we have lost and the loved ones they have left behind.
