The story dealt with an Angus Reid poll, which the magazine describes as "the most comprehensive examination yet of faith in Canada." To the amazement of the pollsters and the magazine, it turns out that 80 per cent of Canadian adults believe in God and 67 per cent believe in "the basic tenet of Christianity - the death and resurrection of Jesus."
