National Health Lawyers Association Laws on CD-ROM
With the heightened regulatory and structural changes in health care, the National Health Lawyers Association (NHLA) saw a need to provide attorneys with guidance to crucial health care issues. The result is NHLA's Health Law on CD-ROM, available exclusively through Clark Boardman Callaghan.
In both coverage and treatment, NHLA's Health Law on CD-ROM is designed to help health law attorneys in research, client counseling, contract negotiation, and brief writing. It focuses comprehensively on regulatory activity affecting health care compliance strategies at all levels of the health care system, and proven practice tips and checklists.

NHLA's Health Law on CD-ROM also provides health law-related materials from the USCS, CFR, and Federal Register. With an eye toward maintaining compliance and avoiding litigation, the CD-ROM covers Safe Harbor Regulations, Special Fraud Alerts, Merger Guidelines, and DOJ and FTC Enforcement Statements.
