VEST-AGDER
| vĕstˈ-ägˌdər, county (1995 pop. 149,563), 2,810 sq mi (7,278 sq km), S Norway, bordering on the Skagerrak in the south. Kristiansand is the capital. Farming, shipping, fishing, and the manufacture of forest products are the chief occupations.
