North American history is a timeline consisting of the native life as early as 1500 B.C., progressing into a wide range of European exploration beginning in the 10th century. Following the Vikings discovery was the most infamous of all explorations was the discovery led by Christopher Columbus before 1492 A.D., creating one of the largest turning points in America.
