The Hastings Center Honor Roll of Donors

Article excerpt

The Hastings Center, a nonprofit organization, meets its general costs of operation and funds it research and education projects and programs by raising money from individuals, corporations, and foundations, and through grants from public and governmental sources. The Center's core supporters are the more than 11,000 Associate Members who pay modest dues and often make additional contributions throughout the year. Associate Members share a common concern for the moral challenges created by advances in modern medicine and technology. They represent many disciplines and professions, including health care providers, teachers, lawyers, scientists, corporate executives, government officials, social workers, and students. Profound gratitude is extended to all those who continue to help sustain the excellence of The Hastings Center.

THE HASTINGS CENTER ROUNDTABLE conveys recognition and appreciation to those donors who support The Hastings Center with a general purpose or restricted gift or pledge of $1,000 or more.
