Overall, I found this book to be a helpful guide for persons who are launching a job search. It will be particularly useful for college or technical school graduates. Its strengths lie in the emphasis that it places on the importance of taking charge of one's career from the beginning and the detailed instructions which will tend to engender good career-planning habits in readers, if they are smart enough to follow the advice!
