NISC Offers New Titles

National Information Services Corporation (NISC) is publishing new titles on Latin America, Environmental Periodicals, and Population Information. Latin American Studies--Volume 1 provides over 550,000 bibliographic citations from the Nettie Lee Benson Latin American Collection at the University of Texas at Austin; the Hispanic American Periodicals Index (HAPI) at the University of California, Los Angeles; and Vol. 50 onward of the Handbook of Latin American Studies (HLAS), edited at the U.S. Library of Congress.

Latin American Studies--Volume II provides over 110,000 bibliographic records, abstracts, and detailed summaries from: the INFO-SOUTH Latin American Information System of the North-South Center, University of Miami; the Latin American Data Base (LADB) of the Latin American Institute (LAI), University of Mexico; and the World Law Index, part I - Hispanic Nations of the Hispanic Law Division, U.S. Library of Congress (available on the first update disc in December, 1992). Both Latin American titles are priced at $1,195 for an annual subscription with semiannual updates. …
