Wallis, a pizza-marketing veteran, joined Domino's Pizza UK and Ireland in 2010. He has overseen the its Stuffed Crust variant launch, its social-media strategy and mobile apps, and sponsorship of ITV show Red or Black.

CHRISTOPHER TEBBEN - Chief marketing officer, Pizza Hut

US-born Tebben has held this position since 2010, and been with the parent Yum! Brands for six years in senior marketing roles. He has previously held brand roles at Kraft Foods and Ford.

JORDAN COHEN - Marketing manager, Prezzo

Cohen joined Prezzo in March 2011 with responsibility for its marketing and communications. He previously worked at the Jewish News and Media Group in marketing.

EMMA WOODS - Marketing director, PizzaExpress

Woods joined PizzaExpress in 2008 to oversee its marketing department and has been a driving force behind the revamped brand. Prior to joining the pizza chain she worked at Unilever for 17 years, where she held marketing roles across a range of food brands in the UK and Europe, and had a stint in Mexico.

WINNERS AND LOSERS

Domino's. Sales grew 3.6% in the year to March 2012, with ecommerce accounting for more than half of its UK sales. The US-based pizza-delivery chain plans continued expansion into Europe and menu innovation. …
