BRUNSWICK - Glynn County police charged a Brunswick man with sexually exploiting children after detectives said they found "numerous pornographic images" of young children on his personal computer.

Ollie Odom, 55, was arrested on 10 counts of felony sexual exploitation of children during a search of his White Oak Court home about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, said Capt. Marissa Tindale.

Odom is charged with possessing at least 10 sexually explicit digital photographs of young girls. Detectives have not identified any of the girls, however, there is no indication thus far that the victims lived in the neighborhood, she said.

Each count is punishable by five to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $100,000, under Georgia law.

Odom is self-employed in the heating and air conditioning field, police said.

His girlfriend, Jennifer Lynn Fowler, 32, was arrested on unrelated warrants, charging her with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana during the search.

Police found no evidence linking Fowler, who'd been staying with Odom for about two weeks, to the pornographic photographs, Tindale said. …
