Randy Sutter of St. Louis finished second among 182 anglers in the Bass World Sports tournament last Sunday at Mark Twain Lake. He caught three fish that weighed 20.02 pounds and won $1,312. Chris Richards and Doug Burmann of St. Louis took 5th and Don McFetridge of St. Charles and Denis McFetridge of St. Louis took 7th.

CALENDAR

May 25-28: Shooters from as far away as Australia and Japan will compete with top competitors from this country in the 16th NRA Bianchi Cup National Action Pistol Championship at the Chapman Academy in Columbia, Mo. To be fired concurrently will be the first World Action Pistol Championship. Winners will named to the 1994 NAPC and WAPC world champion teams.

June 11: The Post-Dispatch Fishing Fair at the Busch Conservation Area, Weldon Spring. The fair, co-sponsored by the Missouri Department of Conservation, is this area's major observance of National Fishing Week. At the fair, which is free, people can learn about many facets of fishing under tents spread out on a grassy hillside overlooking the area's Lake 34. In the afternoon people can fish at Lake 34 or anywhere else at Busch. For information call the Busch Area at 441-4554.
