12.02 Sounds of the Season The St. Charles County Parks Department is celebrating the Sounds of the Season with live music from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the County Heritage Museum, 1630 Heritage Landing in St. Peters. Visitors can sip a cup of hot apple cider and enjoy inspiring music all while touring the free transportation exhibit at the museum. 12.03 Biographer to speak Biographer David Nasaw will discuss and sign copies of his book The Patriarch: The Remarkable Life and Turbulent Times of Joseph P. Kennedy at 7 p.m. Monday at St. Louis County Library Headquarters, 1640 South Lindbergh Boulevard. The book is the first biography based on unrestricted and exclusive access to the Kennedy papers. 12.04 Support Dogs open house Support Dogs Inc. will hold its annual Holiday Open House from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the organizations headquarters, 11645 Lilburn Park Road in Maryland Heights. The event will feature assistance dog demonstrations and refreshments. The public is invited to bring their pets for a photo session with Santa from 4 to 7 p.m. The $5-per-sitting photography fee will benefit Support Dogs programs.
