Rockwell Ave. This educational seminar covers: developing healthy anger, relationship between physical and emotional aspects of anger, styles of anger, and cultural stories about anger. Participants will be given an opportunity to identify and chart their anger process. The seminar is appropriate for people who want a better understanding of their own or someone else's anger.
