The Questia Tell-a-Friend Program is a rewards program in which individuals who tell their friends about Questia can earn rewards on subscriptions purchased by visitors that they refer.

How do I become a Tell-a-Friend member?
Becoming a Questia Tell-a-Friend member is a simple process:

  2. Read the Tell-a-Friend ProgramOperating Agreement and agree to its terms.

That's it.

No. The program is free to join.

How much do I earn as a Tell-a-Friend member?
Questia will pay you a reward of $10 for any Qualified Subscriptions purchased by visitors you refer.

How do I redeem my rewards?
Go to http://www.questia.com/raf/program.jsp to view your Rewards Balance. Once your Rewards Balance reaches $20, you can elect to have it applied to your account fees, so your credit card will not be charged for the next $20 of Questia subscription fees. Once your Rewards Balance reaches $40, you can elect to receive a rewards check in the mail.

Do I have to meet a minimum amount in order to get a rewards check?
Yes. The minimum amount to receive a check is $40.

What if I don't meet the $40 minimum?
You can apply a balance of at least $20 to your Questia subscription fees as an account credit. Any amount under $20 will remain in your Rewards Balance until you accrue more rewards, you leave the program, or we terminate the program at which time it would be forfeited.

What if my visitors to your site call your customer support center and subscribe over the phone?
We currently cannot guarantee that rewards will be paid for phone sales because that tracking system is not yet in place. To guarantee that you get credit, ask your friends to subscribe online and input your Questia username as their Questia Friend.

Where can I check reports detailing my sales?
Go to http://www.questia.com/raf/program.jsp.

What is considered a Qualified Subscription?
A Qualified Subscription is a subscriber who fills your username in the "Questia Friend" field during registration; but has/does not:

  1. been a subscriber in any previous month;

I'm not a United States citizen. Can I still participate as a Tell-a-Friend member?
Yes. The Questia Tell-a-Friend Program is open to all individuals, regardless of location. Please note, however, that all rewards checks are paid in U.S. dollars.

Can entities such as schools, institutions, foundation or companies become part of the Tell-a-Friend?
