Subject saw purple, a bright almost liquid brilliant type of purple, very pleasing. It was also interspersed with flashs of white. Then he saw red lips, as in the lipstick ads, just lips, a continuous flow of red lips. Then two major fears popped into his mind, fears that we had never discussed previously and that seemingly were completely unrelated to the total process. The fear of flying: "I have never flown in an airplane since 1962," then "there was a fear of maintaining my support level. My sales level, i.e., a fear of my sales dropping which, of course, are always possible in the area of sales. These two fears interspersed themselves during this process."
