Appendix A:
Bibliography on NDE Literature

We give here a list of many of the books, and all of the best-known ones, that have been written in English about the NDE. In all but a few cases, Evelyn and I are familiar with these books, though that does not imply that we necessarily personally endorse them; however, you will find that many of these books are also included in the reference section for this volume. In offering this bibliography, we believed it would be helpful if we distinguished general treatments of NDEs from those books that are primarily testimonial or autobiographical in nature. Therefore, you may wish to consult each section separately for the type of reading material you are most interested to explore. In any case, we hope that you find our list a useful guide to what is available in NDE literature.
