About the Editor
Joanna Kadi is a writer and editor. She has worked as a
grassroots community organizer on a diverse range of issues
including Palestinian self-determination and ending violence against
women. Her essays and short fiction have appeared in Colors,
Working Class Women in the Academy: Laborers in the Knowledge
Factory, Sojourner: The Women's Forum, Sinister Wisdom, and Hurricane Alice. Kadi is currently working on her first novel.
