Establishing a clear supervision contract at the start is a good way to ensure that the expectations and needs of both supervisor and supervisee are met. It is suggested that we review from time to time as the relationship and the nature of the work changes.

The following points will help to clarify some of these expectations and needs.

Duration of supervision. The session is 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
