Class Participation Sheet and RubricThe daily grade of F is earned if:
|1. You do not speak a single word of Spanish during the class period OR |
|2. You speak even ONE word of English without the teacher's permission. |
The daily grade of D is earned if:
From this point on, you must earn the lesser grade before you can be eligible for the next grade. In other words, you may not give me an original sentence at the beginning of class and expect an “A, ” UNLESS you have voluntarily answered questions in class, cooperated with your group, and completed your homework.
|1. You understand the class discussion AND |
|2. You have COMPLETED your homework!!! (NOTE: if you have partially completed (more than 60%) of your homework, you may earn a “C, ” as long as you meet the other “C” requirements. Remember that homework is done AT HOME! |
|3. AND you have spoken Spanish sometime during the class period. |
