EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (EQ): THE INNER
TECHNOLOGY OF THE NEW ERA

Human business has evolved in exponential ways through technological advances such as the ability to transport people anywhere in the world, as well as dispatch a message to anyone instantly through the global telecommunications network. Within the shadow of the glory of mankind's material evolution lurks the ageless abyss of suppressed human emotions. People's underlying unresolved emotional dynamics continue to contaminate the evolutionary and business potential of societies. Greed, jealousy, fear, and rage continue to generate hatred, war, and the repression of free thought.

As the information age flourishes in the realm of global commerce, it will be of great necessity to balance the technological intelligence with the expansion of knowledge that nourishes the human spirit and liberates the universal language of emotions. As computer technology entered into every industry and paradigm, transforming them to higher levels of productivity and profitability, so will emotional intelligence in the years to come. Emotional intelligence or EQ is the breakthrough inner technology for the 21st century because emotions are a primary source of human energy and information that is essential. The development and education in the self-science of EQ is of critical value at this juncture in human evolution.
